Relationship between Energy Consumption in International Market and Indonesia Prices Regulation
Abstract
This research focuses on the relationship between Indonesia's energy consumption and the politics of energy law in Indonesia. The main objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between energy consumption in International market and Indonesia price regulation. The principal regulatory approach was used in this study. The results of the study indicate that excessive and continuous non-renewable energy consumption tends to threaten the environment preservation and conflict with the value of social justice in Indonesia. The conclusion is non-renewable energy consumption impedes the development of a national energy law based on justice environmental sustainability.Keywords: General, Government Policy, Regulated Industries, SustainabilityJEL Classifications: K20, K23, Q56, Q58Downloads
